Armando F. Mastrapa 3d is the publisher of the CUBAPOLIDATA Internet Web site and co-founder as well as Director of the Department of Research of the online newspaper, La Nueva Cuba. He is also a Vice-Chairman in the Board of Directors of the Independent Press Info Group Corporation. Mastrapa received a Master of Arts in Government and Politics from St. John’s University (New York City). He has written extensively on international security matters and civil-military relations. His analysis on Cuban politico-military affairs has been widely quoted in The Miami Herald, El Nuevo Herald, Sun-Sentinel, The Dallas Morning News, and The Wall Street Journal.
