Bolivia CINC visits Havana

Admiral Armando Pacheco, Commander in Chief of Bolivia’s Armed Forces is on an official visit to Havana with the purpose of strengthening bonds with the Cuban Armed Forces. The Bolivian admiral, who is accompanied by a military delegation, arrived in Havana on Saturday and will remain in the island until July 9. Ecuador’s govt using CDR to surveil rural areas
