ETA terrorist in Cuba sought for extradition

Spanish National Court Judge Eloy Velasco has asked the Spanish government to begin an extradition proceeding for  alleged ETA terrorist José Ángel Urtiaga, who lives in Cuba, joining the judicial process against ETA member Arturo Cubillas, who is under investigation for ties with the FARC in Colombia.
